Tap the image attachment icon on Android and select the image, but it is not attached.

Environment

• Platform: Android
• Platform version: 14
• App Version: v5.4.0 (98)

How to reproduce

I am using Inkdrop beta.

This version (v5.4.0(98)) of the application creates notes.

Then tap the image attachment icon.

Finally, select an image.

I think the issue is similar to this one

Thanks for trying the beta and reporting it!
That’s weird - I tried to reproduce it but successfully inserted an image on Android.
Did you get any errors like the related report you mentioned? Or, does nothing happen after selecting an image?
Also, could you try reinstalling the app?

Nothing happens when I select an image.

I reinstalled, but no improvement…

The reinstalled app version is also the same(v5.4.0(98)).

It is difficult to explain that nothing happens…
I am using Pixel8Pro. I had the ability to record the screen, so I recorded the uploading of the images to Inkdrop. The Android I use is Pixel 8Pro.

Actually, yesterday I had a issue with images not loading on my Android device. I was planning to report this today, but it has been fixed in v5.4.0-beta2. Seems like it was related to this issue.

Yes, it was an issue where the attachment files couldn’t be saved properly due to the bug. So, it makes sense that the app couldn’t load images as well.
