syntax-theme: Default base syntax theme isn’t properly applied

• Report: V5.9.0 Strikethrough text not formatted by @Alessandro_Baldoni

Avoid trying to download a non-html link when pasting a URL

• Report: Error when inserting a direct link to an executable file by @dgavrilov

Now it displays an error like so:
