I’m currently unable to log on using my work computer. It’s a banking laptop, so there probably are some software shenanigans going on in the background that might interfere with Inkdrop. The demo version of Inkdrop works perfectly well, which is why I wanted to subscribe to Inkdrop
It’s a Windows 10 laptop. When I log on while on the company’s VPN, I get the following error:

We use PulseSecure’s MyRAS VPN, for what its worth.
When I’m not on VPN, I get this error:
Error message: connect EACCES 22.214.171.124:443 Please check your system configuration or report the problem. Status code:
The IT team says they do not support non-endorsed programs and applications, so they weren’t able to help me with this.
Is there anyone who encountered these errors before, and do you know how I get around it?
