Looks like it’s a bug of the thubnail-list plugin by @yk4to . Can you look into it?
This looks like a problem with multiple-thumbnail-list-and-short-date, which is a fork of my plugin.
It has been forked from an outdated version of thumbnail-list, so probably needs to be updated.

Ah, after upgrading Inkdrop to v5.9.0-beta.0, even the original thumbnail-list plugin looks odd.
It sounds like an upstream issue. I’ll fix it later.
After some digging, I found that it was caused by another plugin I made, hide-front-matter.
Looks like the “summary” class was missing from the NoteListItemSummaryView.
I’ve already published a patch for that.
@cagrizorkol, please let me know if the problem was fixed after updating plugins.
