Sync doesn't work on Windows

Changes made and synced from my macOS installation of Inkdrop does not sync to my Windows installation. However, changes made in Windows are successfully synced to my Mac.

I have tried reinstalling the apps as well as using the “sync from scratch” feature in both apps. It didn’t change anything.

Environment

  • Platform: macOS and Windows
  • Platform version: Ventura 13.4 and Windows 11 build 22621.1992
  • App Version: 5.5.3 on both platforms

How to reproduce

Install the application on both platforms. Create a new note (or edit an existing one) on the macOS installation and synchronize the changes.

I can’t provide user support to deleted users. Closing.
