I can’t really speak for macos, but at least for Windows and Linux, Inkdrop registers a custom URI scheme. So you can open any Inkdrop note with its note URI the same way you would open an HTTPS URL.
So you should be able to create a shortcut the same way you would for a webpage.
e.g.
Windows: start inkdrop://note/h4PoZkuP
Linux: xdg-open inkdrop://note/h4PoZkuP
From shell:
open inkdrop://note/h4PoZkuP
From a shortcut:

actually, now that we have Inkdrop integration in Claude Desktop actually I don’t need a desktop link, I just ask claude desktop for the info!
