Proxy sync bug on Windows

Bug report

canā€™t sync data between Windows with iPhone.
When I try to sync on iPad, iPad synced with iPhone.
So,I think that Windows cant sync.
Windows and iPad connect internet with proxy.
windows only has bugā€¦? plz checkā€¦

Reproduce

On iOS, write something and push sync-button.
On Win, push sync-button. No responce.
