On a business setting, it is bad form to share links to others without proper protection, as to avoid business sensitive data from leaking.
Given this context, it would be great to have the Share to Web functionality for InkDrop to have an option to protect it with a password to make it usable in such settings.

I understand it’d be nice to support password protection for sharing confidential information with other people.
But, just like Gist, the sharing feature is meant to be for sharing non-sensitive notes.
Shared notes are no longer encrypted, so I’d rather recommend you use other collaboration tools for such use cases.
I’m afraid that I’m not planning to add advanced features like the password protection in the future.
