I guess I see a bug.
I don’t see “close, minimize, maximize (red, yellow, green)” buttons when I use Inkdrop in full screen mode on my mac. They don’t seem to appear even when I hit the top of the screen with the cursor.
This happens only when I open certain topic in full screen mode, not the entire app.
The image you showed is the title bar on the main window of the app, right?
This happens only when I open a certain note as an independent window and make it full screen.
It’s like this. You don’t see the buttons under the title bar.
I make the window full screen by clicking the green button on the bar.
Yes, this is weird.
I found that the title bar appears normally when I solve the situation by clicking “View -> Toggle full screen” and make the window full screen again.
I also found that, when I open two notes as separate windows and make them both full screen by clicking the green button, the first one I make full screen doesn’t have the three(red, yellow, green) buttons on the title bar, and on the other hand, the second note I make full screen has those buttons like the image you put.
I hope I’m making sense to you.
Anyway, this doesn’t trouble me a lot, because I don’t need to shrink the windows very often, and I can do that by clicking “View -> Toggle full screen” if necessary.
That makes sense but yeah, that’s a strange behavior.
The app itself does nothing special on this and just leaves it to Electron.
So let’s see Electron will solve it.
Thanks again for the report.
Just rolled v4.6.0 out which is built with newer Electron (v7.1.13).
I don’t see any issues on traffic buttons in this version.
If that’s still the case for you, I guess it would be your environment issue.
So I’m marking it as resolved for now.
Thanks again for reporting this!
