Thanks for the report.
Can you please tell me the following information?

  • Which UI theme do you use? Does it happen with the default UI themes?
  • Is the acrylic background option enabled?
    • It can be checked in Preferences → Themes
  • Are you using it on VMWare or Remote Desktop? Because the UI glitch seems to be caused by GPU rendering in Chromium.

Maybe you could share the exact Windows version that you use?
For example, you can get the currently installed Windows version from winver.exe. At the top, you can see your version and build number.

And I assume that the title bar looks normal to you and is only broken in the video (I mean the blacked-out areas at the top), for example, due to your recording software?
