IPM unable to download

trying to use ipm to install some plugins.
ive been getting the following error:

> ipm install task-counter
Installing task-counter to /Users/pinapepina/Library/Application Support/inkdrop/packages ✗
Unable to download https://api.inkdrop.info/v1/packages/task-counter/versions/0.3.1/tarball: 404 Not Found
