I don’t know how to install plugins
I dowload the pluggin on GitHub, a theme, but now i don’t know what i need to do, I’m using the windows version, can someone help me plese?

I need to know which part you don’t understand specifically so that I can help you.
But as you said you couldn’t get anything from the doc, I guess you don’t know CLI (Command Line Interface).
You have to learn how to use CLI in order to install plugins.
I’m afraid that I don’t have time to tell you about it, so please google it.
