I use the Inkdrop Web Clipper to archive documents on the web. It works, but the current extension doesn’t save images. Because the image is a reference to the original URL, if the image is deleted from the referenced server, only the text can be read back later.
Since Inkdrop’s Local HTTP server API supports to create File object, it would be great if the Inkdrop Web Clipper could use it to store images as well as text in web pages.

Yeah, that would be nice to have.
However, images on the web could be a lot or huge.
Inkdrop is not designed for storing massive images like photos.
So, the priority would be low at the moment.
I came from another developer notes app called Quiver and their clipper does support saving web resources as local resources and associating them with the clipped note.
