Change of plugin owner description

I recently changed my GitHub ID from fus1ondev to yk4to.
Is it possible to change the owner names of the following plugins to yk4to?
(I’ve changed it several times, so the IDs on the plugins page are mixed up…)

• thumbnail-list
• hide-front-matter
• emoji-picker
• qiita-connect
• power
