[beta] Images are not loading on Android

Bug report

When I open a note containing image attached the following error is displayed:

Failed to load the image:
FileReader.readAsArrayBuffer is not implemented

Info

  • Platform: Android
  • Platform version: 8.0.0 (Moto x4)
  • App Version: (3.0.0-Beta 20190516)

Reproduce

Just open a note with attached image.
