Auto copy title/headline to title of note

Similar feature how Bear handles titles of notes, I frequently have to copy paste the first headline of the body of the note to the title of the note.

As a user, it would be nice to have the title automatically pick up the first # level or the first ---- separation to denote the title.

As an additional feature, it would be nice to toggle option to not show the note title if the first heading is already present in the body of the note.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I understand some people don’t like to add a title separately.
But it would be a personal preference.
Instead, you can make a plugin that does you want.
