How to reproduce

In a new note i take a photo
Then i move under that photo and add another photo all with the camera.

Next thing i know I have 2 or 3 of each photo in the note.

This is consistent.

Thanks for the report. That’s weird.
I’m currently rebuilding the mobile app, so I’ll check if the photos aren’t duplicating on it.
