Android app not showing notes

Android app just shows “No notes” for me, even after a synchronization, Worked fine until two days ago. I’ve also reinstalled it, but the issue wasn’t fixed.
I haven’t changed anything in my settings.
All my notes are still visible in the Mac app, so data isn’t lost.


  • Platform: Android - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
  • Platform version: 8.0.0
  • App Version: the latest (no updates available)


Just start the Android app.

Me too. Also, Tags are not displayed.

Thank you for reporting.
The latest version tries to reindex notes due to its change and that may take a few minutes so you didn’t see notes after the update. You should see notes once it finished.
If not, please try following steps:

  1. Log out
  2. Uninstall the app
  3. Install again
  4. Log in and sync
  5. Wait for a few minutes

I checked it works correctly.

起動するも、No Notes の表示となり、ノートが表示されません。
なお、Windows の方では変わらず利用できているため、DB のデータには異常ありません。


左サイドバーから、 Synchronize notes をタップしましたが、特に何も反応しないようです。 (サイドバーが閉じたり、同期中を示す表示になったりすることもありません)
