I was seeing a similar error after I installed Inkdrop on Kubuntu 17.10 (x86_64) using the deb file inkdrop_3.21.0_amd64.deb. I installed these things and it seemed to have worked:

sudo apt-get install libsecret-1-dev libsecret-tools  # not sure if this is needed
sudo apt-get install libgconf2-4 libcanberra-gtk-module libgnome-keyring0 gnome-keyring
