Apologies if this has already been requested but it would be very nice if this app could update in the background to the latest without user intervention. It is quite annoying to see the new version popup while you’re doing something else, clicking update, and having it steal focus again when the app restarts 15 seconds later.

As this project is currently being actively developed, sorry for the too frequent updates.
Auto updates without app restart is definitely great but I’m afraid that it’s impossible, just like other apps.
The app is built on top of Electron which provides auto updates based on Squirrel, and it requires restarting when an update is available.
