The app crashes when canceling the photo dialog or the camera screen.

- App Version: 4.2.0
How to reproduce
- Tap Image icon on the editor toolbar
- Tap “Take Photo…” or “Choose from Library…”
- Tap “Cancel” button
The app crashes.
